AI classifiers are often organized within a taxonomy hierarchy of related technology areas, where each level is represented by a taxonomy node containing one or more AI classifiers. Previously, AI classifier searches in PatentSight+ were limited to individual classifiers.
Now, you can search by an entire taxonomy node. The search results will include all AI classifiers within that taxonomy node and its descendants.
In the below example, the '3D printing taxonomy' node is selected within the 'Industrial Automation' taxonomy, which applies all the 3D printing Classifiers to the search.
Key benefits include:
- Quickly searching and analyzing entire clusters of related AI classifiers by selecting a taxonomy node.
- Reduced maintenance of saved searches and workbooks, as any newly added AI classifiers under a selected taxonomy node or its descendants are automatically included when the search is re-executed.
- Large-scale analysis is faster, more comprehensive, and easier to keep up to date.
